Law of Attraction - when you focus on something, you get, you attract more of that something in your life. When you see pain , you get more pain in your life. When you look at pleasure, you feel more pleasure in your life.

You can focus on that you lose time by reading this post, or you can focus on blessing, feeling gratitude for finding this blog, that there are people who can inspire you. Both are still there in your life, it's how your mind see the things.

"the things" are and will be always there , it is how you react/respond to them

You want to go outside, but it's raining. You can: complain, take an umbrella, think how bad would have been if was snowing.
